How to Add Internal Notes to a Guest Profile

Internal notes are only accessible to your staff and are a great way to flag important context about a guest before they arrive.



  1. Log in to your Vēmos dashboard at dashboard.vemos.io
  2. Navigate to Guest Profiles in the left-hand panel
  3. Search for the guest by name
  4. Scroll down to the Internal Notes section
  5. Type your note and click + Add Note to save it

Want to confirm it worked? Scan that guest's ID at the door — their internal note will appear on the scan result so your staff sees it in real time.
