New Feature: QR Groups

Managing QR settings just got a lot easier.

You can now organize your QRs into Groups, allowing you to create customizable sections and manage settings across multiple QR codes at once.

Instead of updating QR codes individually, simply create a group ad apply settings across every QR assigned to it. Need different experiences in different areas of your venue? Each group can have its own configuration, giving you precise control over how guests interact.

The benefits of Groups

🎯 Customize by section Create separate settings for your different sections throughout your venue, and easily update each section as needed. These settings include whether ordering is allowed, if certain sections require service fees, etc.

⚡ Simplify updates Update multiple QR codes with a single change instead of managing them one by one.

🔧 Maintain flexibility Standardize experiences where it makes sense while keeping the ability to tailor different areas of your venue.

How to use Groups

1. Log in to your Vēmos Dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings → QR Codes
3. Click the +New button to create a new Group
4. Choose QRs from the dropdown, or you can drag & drop your QRs into each Group folder
5. Toggle on the settings you want active per group. You can also click the gear icon next to any group to customize its settings
